The only thing I am sure of is if you are unable to move out balanced you are screwed when the pitching gets better and you have to adjust to tough pitches. That is the one thing you see from 99.9% of all good hitters. If after you move out, you cannot perform a squat you are in trouble..

With the “one thing” part I assume? Or you don’t think moving out balanced is fundamental? Or something else?

i tried. 😆 I think squat isn’t a good visual. Meaning 2 legs on the ground etc. if you mean dynamically. Ok. I’m good w that.

edit: not everyone stretches the same length though.

FYI the squat thing isn’t my thing, Latta talks about it….not expecting that to change your mind but I didn’t want to take credit for it.
