Situation: Batter bunts a fair ball down the first base line. Once they are fully and completely outside of batters box the batter-runner makes contact with the ball in fair territory. Base ump sees the contact and calls the batter-runner out. Who gets credited for the put out? The last player to touch the ball was the pitcher and the closest player to the ball was the catcher. Let me know if more info is needed to properly score the play.
