Only Two Pitchers

Tough choices. I might even consider letting the second pitcher pitch two games on Saturday. Keeps the better pitcher fresh for Sunday where I would be ok with her pitching two games in a row if she had a low pitch count on Saturday.

And keep looking for a third pitcher. At 12u there is generally still a lot of girls wanting to pitch.

We were basically in that position last year and my daughter was the same age. We did it both ways. I think I ended up liking throwing the whole game. Either way, it's not really a good way to go deep on Sunday. There is a very good 14u team I have watched this year who seems to have their ace wait around until she needs to close the game.
