I do agree with the Dream Team analysts that keeping one foot in the box is good for the game. I get tired of NCAA hitters wandering around in circles after every pitch like a Labrador retriever looking for the right place to poo.

Some may enjoy it, but I find it really tough to stay engaged, and that baseball field is really distracting. I can't believe there isn't a decent FP stadium in the whole of Japan.

1/8 mile track?
soccer on a futsol pitch?

Plus, as Sluggers wrote, Japan has a functioning pro softball league.

No reason to play this game on a baseball field. They have the entire country to chose from.

There has to be something more going on.
