NCAA banned bats

As some may know the NCAA banned some of the very hot older easton, demarini bats and they are no longer legal for NCAA play. NOW the big surprise is that this week they banned the current production Synergy Speed -9 bat. Holy smokes. I watched Florida vs Alabama and one of them was 100% hitting with this bat (the blue and white synergy). Guess they go to the bat store this week and buy new ones?

Also the current production -10 synergy has 2 strikes ( if they find three bats at testing that exceed 98mph thats 3 strikes and the bat is banned). So far no strikes reported on Demarini CF4. Now the Easton strikes may be a result of their dominant share of college sponsorships - more bats more to test, more likely to find "strikes"

Playoffs start in a couple weeks and at regionals they test every bat in every bag and confiscate every bat that does not pass the test. I have got to believe that the entire line easton of current production bats Steath and synergy is going to be disqualified and it would be hard to believe that the CF4 is going to be legit as they seem as hot as anything Easton makes.
