I watched some of the game Friday night. For how much I heard about the Michigan pitchers, I was surprised to see Illinois with 14 hits - maybe just a bad game. Michigan also had 4 or 5 errors which clearly didn't help. 10-2 final could have been worse.

Pretty much proves what I've been saying all year, that the Big 10 is by far the deepest conference. Illinois would be leading the SEC or Pac 10.

LOL, hittin' the bottle a little early today... That, or your brain suffered a case of frost bite this winter.

I think Michigan got caught letting down against Illinois after big series against Mini-sota and Purdue along with looking ahead at a big series against the Whiz-consin. Illinois has a very young team, but you still have to show up to beat them. 2 of their other 3 conference wins were against Purdue and the 2nd-place Corona Angels of Neb.

Please tell us what the final standings will be going into the Big Ten+2 Tournament.
