How many games/ at-bats has your DD had this year?

Patient hitter. I like it.

My DD has walked only about 15 times in 215 plate appearances. Never met a pitch she didn't like, I guess.

She has a great understanding of her strike zone. During TB she only struck out 6 times at 14A in spring and 2 times this fall in 16s. HS ball was a different story she had probally twice as many Ks but to her defense she had never seen a 65mph rise ball. Darn those future D1 pitchers.

I don't have her fall stats yet, but for the spring/summer, she had 59 games, 118 plate appearances and 101 at bats.

She hurt her knee this fall and that ended it early for her, so I'm not sure how many at bats she got in this season. I'll go ask for those stats anyway...

Thank you to the OP. The question caused me to go back and look up the last year. 122 games, 311 plate appearances, 274 at bats, 103 hits, 72 RBIs, .376 avg, .421 avg w/ RSP. Her avg for the fall only was .442 with a slugging pct of .605. She had a good year and is excited about playing HS ball this spring as a freshman.

Interesting to look at her 13U Spring/Summer Stats and her 14U Fall Stats together. Here's hoping 2014 is more of the same. Starting High School as a Freshman so number of TB games will go down.
