I highly recommend Ringor cleats. I love them and think they are so comfortable. There are several options she would have to choose from, from color to high top vs. low top, from plastic or rubber cleats vs. metal cleats and pitcher's toe vs regular toe. I have a pair of black and white cleats with the metal spikes in low top. I wish I would have gotten them with pitcher's toe because I am noticing a lot of wear at the toe on mine. Also from what I am told by teammates Boombah makes a good cleat as well with a lot of options.
Shoes are not a one-size-fit-all. Don't look for recommendations find out what fits her best and she's most comfortable in. New Balance are nice because of their availability in widths. I caught for 15 years I was in my feet a ton. You must have comfort not consensus thought
I would recommend Ringor cleats with the pitching toe. They are heavy duty and should last several season with reasonable care. The pitching toe helps them from wearing out when the catcher is dropping and blocking. Also, since most catchers are not known for their speed the extra weight of the Ringors is usually not a concern.
