Elite team "BUMPED" to National team?

That would cover in-state tuition, room and board for a year at most PA state schools - and before anyone tries to argue with me, Penn State is not considered one of the state schools. Most of them are D2 schools like West Chester, Kutztown, Slippery Rock, etc.
The same goes for Pitt. They're both public land-grant universities.

FWIW, there is a "National Team', in our area, 14U that almost exclusively plays local tournaments. They are part of a large organization which labeled them as their "National Team."

They do well for the most part. However, they do lose to non-national teams. I guess my point is there are occasions when "National Teams" are national teams in name only.
