no question best cold weather bats!
For around $100- $150 look into an easton sv12 it has a composite handle but an alloy barrel and it flexes at the connection...decent bat for that age.
Check with your tourney director or district prez. if bat warmers are legal or not... some places ban them.

Because of the cost of composite bats our pyroflight WILL be in DD's big bag regardlesss of the thrashing around on regulations. When composites are banned, only then will the pyroflight be retired.

Grrrrrrr - I hate stupid rules!

(venting done for today) :)

My DD swings a 2012 Stealth 31/21, any time she hits dimpled balls she swings a 2012 Easton Typhoon. Its a 31/21 but aluminum and has much of the same feel as her Stealth. We also have her use it in cold weather, or we have her revert to her old DM Bustos that she keeps in her bag. Only thing I don't like about her using the Bustos, 1) its a -13.

Gee Amy I was about to razz you about complaining about Tucson weather but I see the high there is only 10 degrees higher than northern illinois today.

I'll wait till the end of the week when you are back to PERFECT weather!
