I am looking for a replacement for my DD's Akadema AJB74 RHT. These gloves are unavailable with no estimated delivery date. It is a 12" "steer hide" glove with a modified trap and a Velcro closure. I say "steer hide" because it was probably the softest and easiest to break in "steer hide" that you could ever imagine. It was basically one glove per a season for her.
She is almost exclusively a pitcher although she does play some first base. She plays 14A and is 5'6" and 165#. She is not a small child but so far she has not wanted anything to do with stiff gloves.
