Should I have my 11 year old doing some exercises to improve muscle strength in her legs and trunk etc. Nothing serious obviously...I didn't know if that is something you do when she has her mechanics down. She is a beginner. Thanks!

I have read the I/R threads and understand the concept of I/R. However, I am having a hard to explaining how the ball comes out of your hand to an 11 year old. The follow through i can explain, but how the ball comes off the fingers and what position the hand is at release is a little harder. It...
