Struggling to throw strikes

My daughter (1st year 12u) has been a pitcher for a few years and it seems like it is still a constant struggle to throw strikes. Sometimes I feel like it is mental....but I was wondering if someone saw anything with her mechanics that might be causing these issues? Hopefully I can post some videos in the comments. We do have a great pitching coach, just can't get to see him as often as we would like. I do notice from these videos we need to work on her turning her foot and also that she loses contact with the ground, I was just looking for anything more specific that might be causing issues?

Is she missing in one particular area, such as outside to a righty, more than others, or is she just all over the place?

You are on it! My unexpert opinion is she needs to get on that stride leg sooner/harder. Overstriding. Not over driving though.(shorten stride by slamming that stride leg down faster/sooner)

Im interested in what the experts have to say as she looks pretty good imo.
