Under ISF rules, if batter bats our of box and they hit it ful, re they still out?

If the entire part of the batter's foot is on the ground outside of the batter's box at the time contact is made with the ball, the ball is immediately dead, all runners return to the base occupied at the time of the pitch and the batter is ruled out. All that is required is contact with the ball.
