Hello all,

I have been coaching competitively for about 7 years now. I started with T-ball and moved up through the ranks to 8u machine pitch then 10u-12u kid pitch. I then stepped over to fast pitch softball. Myself and another coach started a club team since there is a large skill gap between the kids going through Youth Sports and high School not to mention any players who will be moving back to the states and would like to continue to play competitively. Middle School isn't an option since there is a lack of funding through the DODEA school systems. I am always interested in learning new methods to discriminate skills to the youth players. I look forward to learning a lot from you guys/gals.

Respectfully,
Carlos

It has definately been an uphill battle. We have teamed up with some of the other bases to establish some club team games as well as starting to reach out to the local Japanese middle schools. Fortunately I have some contacts with Military Baseball that I can utilize for networking.
