When is it time to learn the next pitch?

As many of you know, my 10 year old DD and I have been going through the journey of learning the IR method of pitching. In my opinion she has done very well in switching from HE to IR. We started the transformation in October or so and she is just now not having to "think" about the IR method. She still has plenty of things she needs to work on but her accuracy is about 75-80% strikes, she can hit spots about 60-65% of the time and her speed is consistently getting better. My question is, when should we begin to start on the change up? Is now a good time or should we keep focusing on the mechanics of the fastball? If now is the time to learn the change up, which "style" of change up should she start out with? Any input would be appreciated.
