Thoughts on who is the best 14U/16U & 18 teams?

That's really, really hard to answer. I'm not familiar with many TB teams outside of my state--are you talking about in the country? Best way to figure that I'd reckon is to see who did the best last year.
No way to say. So. California dominates 14U, not so much at 16U or 18U.
With nothing else to go on Id guess that a team that starts with Orange County and ends with Batbusters could probably be there in all 3.
Look at ASA nationals the last few yrs and see what teams have had repeated appearances in the top 12. Those are the strong programs year in and year out.
