Today, while home for lunch from work, I was walking out the door and I see some unknown thing on the floor of the living room. Looked brown and shriveled. I have kids, and a cat, so you never know what is in the floor. Upon closer inspection, I see it is just a blueberry. So I pick it up and turn to toss it in the trash can. Lid is closed, so I tossed it, underhand, into the kitchen sink. I actually thought to myself and evaluated if I tossed it using good IR technique, or not. :p:D

Anything I pick up, no matter what it is, round, square, oblong......I spin it !

That works for me.

I broke my left arm and wrist a few years back in a bike accident. When DD 3 and I soft toss a softball back and forth, I use my left hand. Putting the spin on it seems to limber up my wrist. I can really feel the bones moving around, loosening up.

When you are a bucket dad and become disappointed when you realize that the severe thumb sprain and bruise at the base of your index finger are healed on your glove hand.;)
