Question for the crowd,
I’m helping my first year 14U kid with adding some highlight videos to her online profile and though she steals a ton of bags and always seems to leg out infield singles(she’s a righty) I’ve never considered her particularly fast. Watching a triple on video and the verified time on the clip from first step at home to front leg hits the bag at 3rd on the slide is just a hair over 9sec.
Is that something worth noting or just be good with the hit? All the info I can find is time to first which I can’t see from the angle of the video.
