That video the pitcher through a meaty pitch for a strike....

I mean that wasn’t unhittable but “meaty” is stretching it..(and yes I realize it was an angled pitch but it still crossed the plate on the outer 1/3)

That's not a meaty pitch. As a pitcher, my daughter was taught to live on the corners. There's a reason colored home plates for pitchers have the corners colored green and the middle is "dead red." Even still, it's off the plate.

I said it was hittable. Would knee high be more difficult, sure. That said nothing near the River is “meat” regardless of height. If there were hotzone charts for fastpitch like there are for MLB I bet they would agree with that..
