At the moment, while I'd LOVE to do 2 practices a week, it isn't possible for a couple of reasons:
1.) I'm a HS umpire myself - we are very low on blues at the moment, so I take any game I can get.
2.) Field availability - the fields we use are shared with the local LL group(s). I'm truthfully lucky I get the Sunday evening slot I wanted.
3.) The girls aren't often available during the week because of games and other conflicts.
Once the HS season winds down, I MIGHT be able to sneak in another practice or two per week until the summer starts.
