Rec League in Greater Sacramento, Ca Area

I grew up in 1970's California watching my dad play. I played in a rec FP league for five years during the 90's before the game died out (I believe due to lack of pitching and the popularity of SP). Currently I'm playing organized baseball. But, I'd love to play fastpitch again and am confident I could put together a competitive rec league team. My team would be co-ed as it would include men who have played FP and women that played HS/college ball. Is anybody aware of any possibilities to do so in the Sacramento area? On a side-note....I’m all for having fun playing ball. But when guys brag about going three for four in a slow pitch game, it really chaps my hide!
