Screwball, not to beat up an old topic but that is what a screwball is. It's an inside pitch that the pitcher tries to angle in there. I have keen eyes and have watched many college and other pitchers throw and have yet to see one that moves the way people say they do.

CoachFP: I've attached the horizontal break from the CWS. There isn't much going on with screwballs.

The bottom axis shows the horizontal break in inches. A negative number indicates a screwball, and a positive indicates a curve ball. A few pitchers are getting a 5 or 7 inch so break, and perhaps there were 200 "real" screwballs thrown out of 3500 pitches.
