After he loses this lawsuit and pays his bill, for being a dumbazz, I will be the first in line to give this loser some ground-n-pound AND his lawyer.

The plaintiff might well know that he is a dumbazz and not a victim. But if you're out that much money, you've got to try to get it back in any legal way possible. I would. I actually agree that a casino should not exploit drunk patrons. But that doesn't mean the drunk patron is entitled to the money. It should be donated to softball.
