Hey! I am a Varsity Softball coach here in Northwest Florida that primarily works with pitchers. While I haven't posted much/any I've been a long time reader of this site and have read a TON of threads on pitching mechanics.
I am a big fan of the I/R and Drive Mechanics stuff on this site and have used/adapted it successfully with some of our pitchers. Thanks for all the help y'all didn't even know you were giving!
