Hey everyone, wanted to introduce myself. I've been a long time reader but just created my account. We are from Pennsylvania - I have an 8yo daughter who is in her 4th year of softball and playing in her first year of travel ball.
I've been coaching softball at the little league level for 2 years and consider myself a very green coach with a lot to learn and am also an assistant coach for this newly organized travel team. Our town has had a long line of fairly successful travel teams, but this is the first year we have thrown our hats into the 8u level.
I've found this site very helpful and look forward to gaining not only coaching insights but also utilizing the information here to help develop my daughter throughout her softball journey!
