Midwest Softball Mom here! My DD started playing sb almost 7years, started in rec then comp. Her HS got a new a coach her FR year and the program has not improved. My DD was the top batter her FR year, then consistent her SO year. There's A LOT of internal conflict on the team; the coach/AC does not know how to manage the team, and the C/AC play favs. DD is quiet so she stays out of the drama. Decided not to play HS this Fall, looking to guest play. Looking for suggestions for guest play opportunities to improve and exposure.

That sucks. Especially if she has friends on the team she’s close with. She could still definitely get on a team. Facebook softball groups constantly post needs. Also you could post for her and she could get some opportunities to play.
