Generally speaking, Ball Park figure....what does Insurance cost for a Travel Team?

How is the cost of Insurance calculated? Does the number of players on the team affect the cost? Does the number of tournaments entered have an affect?

Would I be oversteping my bounds to inquire how much the insurance costs for my DD Travel Team?

I think it's like $125 bucks or so and we just divide the cost among the # of players on the team.

I think most SB are non for profit organizations, I would not be embarrassed asking how they are spending any of their money. I haven’t tried but I think I could find out without even approaching the Club.

If you register for ASA, part of your registration fee goes towards insurance, so make sure you are not double paying!!!

For just general liability it will stay around $250-$300 a season. However, if you have a cage at your personal house they will tack on an additional fee called abuse and molestation. Then your rates go to around $750
