2:20 - 2:50 - Agilities, Stretch, Band, Throw
2:50 - 3:15 - Defensive Individual Time
Infield - 4 minutes per rotation, 6 Rotations, 3 balls in motion (includes C's and P's D work)
Outfield - 5 minutes per rotation, 5 rotations, mostly footwork, ball reads, and throwing to targets.
3:20 - Defensive Team - Topics vary from day to day. We try to cover one short game topic and one routine situation into every defensive team session.
3:50 - Break - Field set up for Offense
4:00 - BP set up, 2 Lanes off machines with tee lanes on the outside. Contrasting machine work most days like rise ball inside and drop or change away. We have 16 - 20 players so we will run 4 groups: Hitting group, feed group (feed machines and tees), Shag Group (4 shaggers), Running group (can be distance or base) OR P's and C's in the bullpen... this lasts for an hour (15 minutes per group)
5:00 - Clean up, transition to the weight room
5:15 - 5:45 - Focused lift
