Front shoulder pain

I searched the archives here and found a couple good threads. Wondering if people have any more to add. Do the big shoulder ice packs work well? Has anyone tried the heat treatments? I saw a pretty fancy and expensive device sold by King that apparently has some sort of radiant heat control.

We've been to the doctor once. Went through PT and now the pain is back. Maybe should push for MRI this time around?

Front shoulder pain with the throwing arm?

Yes, definitely get it looked at. Don't take chances. The old "traditional" softball throw (and the way I see most girls throwing) is very bad on the shoulder.
