Her back foot action has been cringe-worthy to look at for an old man for a long time.
In terms of the hit, warning track power (
) and MS pitching stinks but she is slowly improving.
Are you being serious? The best hitter in college has bat drag. lol. Do you even know what bat drag is or isn’t?

Fastpitch hitters
So, I was watching TM doing a clinic since my internet was down and I made a DVD out of it a long time ago. He routinely explains the missing frames, hip slip and the position some are calling FYB. Myself I always thought of it as getting the weight to inside of the back leg as the swing...
Is it me, or is her back foot action not typical for higher level hitters. Like she is turning the back leg to power the swing, almost like a "Squish the bug" type thing or is this a result of the sequence that she uses?

To me Thome is different than hers. His rear foot action is like most good hitters, and then he has a return that sets his heel down after the swing is over. Hers seems to spin.
