Morons. Not the folks filling out the forms the ones designing them. Why on earth do they need cents?
We filled out a FAFSA knowing we would get nothing but we had to for some of the schools my son was applying to so we went through the dog an pony show.

We did not fill out any form for that. Heck, I trip over the money laying on the floor on my way back through my parlor to get to my command center each day.
