is no biggie at all. Seams are cracks...because this will piece apart at some point and not allowed for play.

Often times, it's just a sight test. They look at it and determine if it's legal. The NCAA and PGF conduct compression testing, but your average HS game or local tournament won't got to that extent.Which test is that?
