Chances of finding 3 or 4 players now

So I'm thinking due to a riff between the coach and some parents we might be short 3 or 4 girls. What are the chances of finding real tourney players in April. I'm sure we could convince a few rec girls but I'd really like to see us get some real talent to replace some kind of talent.

It depends on the area. Here, it would be easy to get. There are a lot of girls not playing travel right now that could be persuaded, a lot that SHOULD be in travel programs but because there isn't much travel around here they aren't, etc. You could easily find them here. You can always hold tryouts, see what you get.
