Can't find the rules!

OK, I am all over google, ran through the search here. Nothing nothing and more nothing. Is there not a PDF floating around for NFHS rules. I need to understand the rules better if I am gonna yell at BLUE! LOL but really. There are a few rules I want to understand better. Any help?

I'm a little old school, every few years I order a paper copy of the rulebook from NFHS. It's only like $10 or so. Works great on nights I have insomnia.

I plan on ordering the 2025 when I see it's released. But really like having the ctrl+f feature of a computer LOL

There's a 2023 NFHS softball rules pdf on the internet/NJSIAA website if you google for that, then you can read the '24, and '25 rule changes.

Looks like it's a subscription? I registered. If I pay the 6$ For the book is it permanent or is it an actual subscription? Anyone know?
