Can you register with different orgs at different levels?

Like 14B with USA and 14A with USSSA? Is there any crossover rules or enforcement?
Also, with the new age rules if you had Sep-Dec kids could you register 14A with USA and 16B with USSSA?

Or would them being registered at 16u with USSSA keep you from registering at 14u with USA -even if that’s where their eligibility fell?

Why would you register a team up in the first place? 14U teams can play up in a USSSA event, but if you register them at 16U, then they can't play at 14U.

My daughter (Dec bday) will be 14 U eligible the year after next year per the new USA rules (sept 1 cut off) but only 16u eligible for USSSA due to the Jan 1 cut off.

A ton of her teammates are clustered in the same months. So are no longer USSSA 14U eligible but will be USA 14u eligible.

There is zero communication between the different organizations so registration in one will have no impact on eligibility in another
