Fortunately, my pysch was able to get me in and helped me through this with a crisis prevention plan and a medication adjustment

I'd bet it was an issue with the dilithium crystals. Often times when they are installed using ER, they tend to fail. I blame youtube for all the misinformation. I know some sware that IR is a regional thing, but when you watch the pros do it, the truth is plain to see.
