Any review on Rawlings Plasma Gold and Rawlings Liquimetal2 Big Stick bat?

Hi;

Is it true that Rawlings is not so popular among softball players? It's hard to find any review on Rawlings bat.

I'm going to buy Rawlings Plasma Gold and Rawlings Liquimetal2 Big Stick bat from ebay. I hope those who have any experience with the bat can share their experence here.

If it is the double walled Plasma, I highly recommend it. My DD owned one and I bought one for a 12U student last year. But, looking at the black $99.00 one recently, I don't think it is the same bat.

I thought that you had some beginning students, though. The Plasma is a heavy end loaded bat, but a good bat, if they can swing it.

I am unfamiliar with the other one that you asked about.

Thanks Amy. The liquidmetal plasma gold (the first 1) is -12. I manage to have the 30" one. I hope it's a balance bat.

The second, I'm not so sure, it's -11. I'm going to buy the 31" one. It's looks like a baseball bat than a softball bat. However it has ISF, ASA, NSA approval. I hope a 20oz bat is not too heavy for my players.

It looks like Rawlings makes both a fastpitch and a baseball bat with the same name. Make sure you are getting the one you want.
