I am in the middle of a pitching clinic right now and you wouldn't believe what I am finding. In my area they are not windmilling yet so its killing me to watch as these girls attempt what they see on TV. I also have the same problems with catching and throwing if they can't hit their spot over hand there is no way they are ready to try underhand.
