A quick note since I didn't add the frame from the first video to show, her front foot started barely covering the plate…by the time she got ready to start, her foot covered 3/4 of the plate. That is how much she pulled her front foot into the plate.
Another quick note:I took the ball out of her hand while focusing on drag. It helped not to worry about where the ball went and focused on leg work.
Another cue she was told was to push her toe into the ground.
