So my daughter's current team did not make, so we have to find a new team... My daughter is struggling with what she wants, does she pick a team that is playing at a lower level but she will get plenty of play time (on the mound and different positions)? Not utilizing Glove arm
So my daughter used to swim with her glove arm but she fixed that and now she brings it down way to early. I watched this video and it seems to describe why my daughter uses her upper body to overcompensate. Any other drills, except "freeze" or "phase" you can recommend to break her of this...- mel77

Shoulder Lift
My daughter has started to lift her shoulder when finishing her fastball pitch and stiffens up, not relaxed unless she is throwing a change up.
