Unfortunately, they don't bat the lineup in friendlies. Sometimes they bat just 9, sometimes 10 or 11. It makes no sense. They will usually flex my DD in friendlies.
My thoughts exactly. She feels like if she doesn't hit a bomb, then she won't get another at bat. How am I supposed to tell her that's not true when in the back of my mind I think it might be?
Yep, it's a socal org, currently 13 on the roster but they are still looking to add one or two more I think. I agree that it is unprofessional to not get a response.
I will be talking to him in person about it tomorrow when she has her lesson with him. I am hoping something good comes out of it.
Yeah, right now she loves hitting. She doesn't care where in the lineup she bats, she just wants to be in the lineup and get an opportunity.

Sorry, I didn't mean we paid for the season, I meant that we paid our start up fees, but man did they charge and arm and leg for start up, more than I have seen from any of our local teams.
It's just hard, because she likes the coaches and the girls, and likes that they trust her as a pitcher...
