No assistant coaches ?!?
Well here we are , year 3 , 10u Fastpitch rec league coach again. They sucked me in by promising to pair me with an assistant coach...never happened. Then there was a girl who played college and said she would coach with me, never showed and is now ghosting me. NO parents said they would help...- DivaDad21

10u rec league- very little support from parents

10U Rec League - 3 outs vs bat 10 rules
Thanks for that , yea I agree with 10 batter is best , just because OUR JOB IS TO DEVELOP PLAYERS NOT TO WIN AT ALL COSTS , I would rather them win or lose based on their play and abilities. Gives a fair chance , I've seen teams not being able to bat all players in a 3 out system. I just feel...- DivaDad21

10U Rec League - 3 outs vs bat 10 rules
Ok, so tonight we played the undefeated 1st place team, me and other coach go to home plate to agree on either 3 outs vs bat 10 = inning over. He was visitor, I was home. He was adamant we do 3 outs, I was adamant we did bat 10. Finally he walks off in a huff and said fine let's do 10 batters...- DivaDad21

Thanks, so , technically the 2nd time was legit as a different girl lead off the bag to get a jump and was too early(before ball left pitchers hand). But still called out . I didn't have a problem so much with this instance but the 1st was cheap. However, you are correct , they def learned a...- DivaDad21

10u Stepping off base to tuck in shirt=out?
No tag on her, Pitcher had the ball but not sure she was on the rubber yet ..That happened TWICE in the same inning (Our very 1st inning by the way )- DivaDad21

10u Stepping off base to tuck in shirt=out?
So 1st game this weekend, had player on 1st, tucking in her shirt and briefly moved her foot off base and ump calls her out .. how cheap can you get ? Granted, this is my 1st season as coach and i am former college baseball guy but come on man haha- DivaDad21
