I think flinging your bat to the ground on ball four is taunting. Would batters like it if the pitcher gave them the Shooter McGavin on every strikeout?

My first team is the Chicago White Sox who finished second to the Yankees in the AL 3 years in a row in the early 60's when playoffs were just the World Series between the AL and NL champions. My second team is the Red Sox.

Dynasties always end eventually for one reason or another. In college it usually happens because other programs up their game. It will happen in softball too..Heck, if Stanford gets another hitter or two with Canady.

If they want to move it then it should be for other reasons besides OU winning too much..

UConn women are considered a dynasty even though they haven't won a Final Four since 2016. Though some people have pointed to their streak of reaching the Final Four being because they usually play the Sweet 16/Elite 8 within 2 hours of Hartford.

They had to leave the Northeast for the Sweet 16/Elite 8 this year and lost in the Sweet 16.

Healthy competition and gives the consumer a choice. NCAA doesn't have a choice where to host WCWS. It's all about the facilities. There is nowhere else that can accomodate all the fans.

D3 Championships are played at different locations each year, but there aren't 13,000 fans clamoring for tickets for that event. Congrats to Trine!

In theory... Coincidentally they may not be playing any of the championships in OKC for the foreseeable future because of insurance issues with HOF stadium. 14’s was supposed to be there this year but we now need to go to IN..

Absolutely think that is something that can be worked around. To find a place to hold enough or even more fans that could accommodate softball.

Look at softball in Japan for example.

Yes I know the Giant baseball fields accommodating softball is peculiar but at least it is an alternative solution.
Could also sell more seats.
