Took me awhile but I found it. This is the recipe I first used, I've tweaked it a little to my liking! Love it when my family has to guzzle water and I get to hear them "geez dad, my mouth is on fire!" ;)

So I add....
Cayenne.
Kinder's Red Garlic.
Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning.

But I'm adding these hot ingredients to a pretty large container of the other spices listed to dial it down, with brown sugar as the larger base. I use Canola oil to lightly coat the tenderloins to get the spice rub to stick. As far as the spices, I measure nothing, I just go with it till I like how it looks. Measuring just isn't in me, sometimes the Cayenne gets away from me!

Here you go...
I’m making that. It will be a few weeks but I’m totally doing it.

I have a nice collection also. Many are the original Belgium made Brownings.
I loved the old prints of duck hunting in the 50’s etc that they used to print in the hunting magazines. Those old Brownings looked awesome in those pictures, looked right.

Right Here For Now
Weren’t they called A-5, or Auto 5?
A couple of different models back then but the semi-auto was the A-5. My 12 ga is the model that replaced it in the 70's...the BPS. It's a very nice, solid and accurate shotgun. Especially with its interchangeable chokes and barrel system. You can mix and match for every hunting situation.

In the old prints it seemed like they were all A5’s and Winchester Model 12’s. The theme was always the same, some old guy in a Jones cap, whitecaps and ducks trying to land next to him, lol.

My dads hunting partner shot a Model 12 he shot since he was a kid, my old man shot an 870 he bought second hand in the late 50’s. He turns 80 later this year.

After 7 years of friendship on here and through texting often, not necessarily to purchase team equipment or bats, I finally had the chance to put a face with the moniker. My family went to the Philadelphia area for DW's family reunion this weekend. On the offchance he was free, I texted Todd ( @CoreSoftball20 ) to meet up. He was.

DW, myself, core and his DW all got a chance to meet over a couple of beers. For the short time we had together, we had a blast. I'm looking forward to doing it over an entire weekend in the near future!
It was completely awesome...your wife is super cool too. Been wanting to meet up for a long time.
I gotta get my azz to Ohio...but I know you have that 3 week window of nice weather :)

Cant wait to have more time to BS
