Oh, it's raining again in Atlanta. They canceled the 14U championship due to "unrecoverable fields." After tonight's bad storms, I bet they cancel the whole thing and pocket the money.

or you can be dying in Tx playing in the TFL championships at 105 degree weather. Can't really work around the rain my brother. Unless you are a volleyball or a swim dad. I still choose softball and and crazy weather.

Actually ... my oldest daughter had two volleyball game rained out during her career. Leaks in the gym roof.

One other time we actually got stuck in Springfield after a volleyball game because the roads were flooding so bad. We could not find a passable route out of downtown for over an hour.

Better odds, I guess, but not infallible.
