Only know the coaches that run 4D motion stuff - measures degrees per second of acceleration.I am looking for a way to test a pitcher's arm speed.
Do you know of an exact way to test arm speed?

Something like this,The upper arm for sure needs to decelerate when it contacts the body to create the lower arm whip.
That and the front-side resistance is what transfers the momentum from the windmill and the leap into the whip…which translates to pitch velocity (in theory). Or at least that’s the way I think of it.
