I just bought "The Athletic Softball Pitcher" dvds and book and should be here next week sometime. I bought it for my daughter but am going to give it a whirl myself. I'll let you know how it goes!

What her back foot is doing in this drill is on our list to fix this winter.
I do like Amanda Scarborough as a pitcher. I wonder if you get paid a lot or a little to endorse products?
not sure I am following your statement here. What exactly is wrong with Amanda's back foot in the drill.
