:) atleast in soccer every player gets to fall down at incidental contact, grab their ankle and appeal by doing so...

Geeez how much worse could it get,
Bb and Sb players arbitrarily 'on their own' falling down in hopes of a rule call...

Ohhh wait appears some moments are already cheesing on obstruction incidences?!?!?
Soccer flopping might be the worst thing ever!

THANKYOU FOR THIS ☝

Don't get TOO excited:

NCAA Approved Rulings 2020-2021

A.R. 9-13. How is “clearly beaten by the throw” interpreted?

RULING: This phrase is interpreted to mean that at the time the fielder catches the ball, it could not be reasonably expected for the runner to begin her slide, or the runner is out by such a significant margin that the fielder must wait for the runner to arrive to apply the tag or until she gives herself up. It should be a relatively infrequent call. Do not confuse this with a runner being “clearly out." It’s important to note that “clearly beaten by the throw” ONLY applies to obstruction for blocking the whole base or base path. It does NOT apply to obstruction ruled for impeding the progress of a runner while the fielder is not in possession of the ball or in the act of fielding a batted ball. (Rule 9.5.1 Note 3)

My issue with interpretations ... write the rule to clearly tell us this.

It totally makes sense. But that isn't what the rule says.
