I have been told that my DD hasn't made any boys cry in dodgeball....

...but it's been close a few times.

What I love about DD is when she dresses to the nines for formals wearing short skirts...proudly showing off bruises/scars on legs from playing softball (dirt burns, being cleated, etc LOL). She doesn't even bother with hose...

One of her favorite bruises of all time? Perfect softball seams on her cheek bone (no breaking of skin...just red/purple lines from seams)...even her teammates were jealous.

Those days in my DD's high school History class that were full of football players and they'd yell at her to show her bicep.

When my daughter came home from cheer practice and said her coach was complaining about all the round bruises on her until she explained that she was a catcher. My older daughter use to have "Sweat Dries, Blood Clots, Bones Heal - Suck it up Princess this is Fastpitch" on her Facebook page.
